The activities of TRR Trygghetsrådet are based on the Agreement on Transition.
TRR Trygghetsrådet was jointly established in 1974 through a collective agreement – the Agreement on Transition - by Svenskt Näringsliv (The Confederation of Swedish Enterprise) and PTK (The Council for Negotiation and Co-operation).
We help redundant employees in affiliated companies to find new careers. 32,000 companies with 700,000 employees (90% of them are white-collar workers) are affiliated to TRR.
