We ask our clients and customers regularly to evaluate the different TRR services. The latest client survey was done in August 2009 among 6,158 of TRR's clients.

Our recent statistics shows the following among TRR's clients:
- 83 % found new employment
- 58 % found new employment in companies with less than 100 employees
- 27 % were 50 years or older
- 73 % received the same salary or higher
- 87 % found an equal or improved position
Questionnaires distributed among our affiliated companies as well as among our clients show very good results.

Our recent statistics shows the following among TRR's customers:
- 82 % give TRR an overall assessment of good or very good.
- 84 % would turn to TRR again for help in their redundancy process (The question put was: If you were once again made redundant, how probable is it that you would turn to TRR for help during this process?)
- 77 % assess TRR’s advisers as good or very good
