Our advisors

  • are recruited from companies within the private sector, normally from positions as personnel managers or from other leading positions. 20% of our counsellors have had their own businesses and more or less all of them have a university degree.
  • are experienced when it comes to meeting people, managers, trade union representatives as well as clients in transition.
  • are dedicated and take a personal interest in the affiliated companies and in their employees.
  • are good at creating trust.
  • have a unique freedom to make immediate decisions, including financial support.
  • can combine our way of giving help and support with the help and support given by other organisations, institutions or by the government.
