We constantly develop our own methods and tools to enhance our clients' capability to find a new career. Some of the methods are used in group activities, others are developed for individual use.

Individual and tailored solutions

During recurrent sessions when the advisor offers advice, support and guidance and the client raises all sorts of personal questions mutual trust is built, which is essential for a successful transition. These sessions start as soon as a person knows that he/she is going to be made redundant.

Some clients only need a few meetings with an advisor, but most clients need a great deal of support – perhaps they have to or want to completely change careers and do something they have been thinking of but never realized. Many need a lot of time to reflect on their situations, their competence, their interests, their possibilities to do something else. Others must complete their education or start all over again in a new profession. All this takes time.

The relationship between the client and the advisor continues as long as the person remains as a client. That means a maximum of five years or until the client has found a new career or chosen to discontinue the relationship with TRR. A typical duration is six to eight months.

The job as an advisor requires patience, creativity and a willingness never to give up.
