This is a relatively hands-on and engaging workshop. Together, we will reflect on and discuss the challenges you may face, as well as the key factors that can help make a difficult conversation go as smoothly as possible.
We will also walk through a suggested structure for how a termination meeting can be carried out. You will have the chance to practice using this structure, so you can feel more prepared and supported in future conversations of this kind.
